What we offer:

Who we need:
A quick-thinking, organized, responsive, and personable individual. You'll need to be willing to operate efficiently in an unstructured environment, often without supervision.


What you'll do:
You will primarily manage communications with clients, guests, and inbound inquiries for Chicago vacation rental properties.

You will join the
Operations team and will report to the
Assistant General Manager in a number of ancillary duties including:


  • Communicating with guests
  • Vetting and accepting potential guest reservations
  • Support and communication with clients
  • Dispatch, coordination, and support of filedbased operations including maintenance and housekeeping
  • Perform daily operation tasks and reporting
  • Process creation, process improvement, and generally making things efficient
A full-time position is currently available. This is an
80/20 hybrid position that can mostly be worked from the comfort of your home. Working schedules vary and can be arranged for daytime, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.

During the onboarding and first two weeks of training you may be required to work from the office a set amount of shifts.


Your Skills & Background:


  • Experience in a fastpaced customer service setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and the ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • You love texting, talking on the phone, communicating via chat messages and generally helping others have a great customer service experience. You type and text with lightning speed
  • Superior organizational skills and great followthrough on tasks
  • Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by doing
  • B.A. or B.S. preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or relevant military experience
  • Skills include: Client Communication, Humor, Problem Resolution, Extreme Computer Literacy, Reliability

Experience in the following areas is a plus

  • Hotels / Short-Term Rentals / Hospitality
  • Real Estate
  • Property Management

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
