    Job Description

    Looking to be part of a top player in the transportation industry and develop your Safety expertise? As our Safety Coordinator, you will have a key role in boosting and shaping safety performance within our driver team. From engaging in new driver orientations to offering continuous assistance and mentoring, you will guarantee that our drivers adhere to all safety standards and guidelines.

    Location: Minneapolis, MN

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift

    Salary: Commencing at $62,000+ (flexible according to experience)

    What are the daily responsibilities of this role?

    • Provide guidance and backing to drivers to ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company protocols
    • Become a specialist in safety equipment and software
    • Offer supplementary training and mentoring to drivers
    • Present defensive driving resources during new driver orientations
    • Provide training on cargo and flatbed securement
    • Manage incoming inquiries related to safety and compliance matters
    • Update and formulate procedures and policies to sustain adherence
    • Conduct safety and compliance training during regular meetings and on an individual basis as required
    • Support various projects and tasks as delegated by the Safety Director
