- Lead the conception, design, and implementation of new features and enhancements to our Windows desktop and server software products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and conduct necessary research to ensure the scalability and performance of our solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and scalability.
- We are investing heavily in modernizing our tech stack, so we need developers who know what good looks like, especially when it comes to modern application architectures.
- You'll work on diverse software integrations, payment-processing systems, and other new features.
- Our engineers are generalists, and your responsibilities will be flexible based on company needs as well as your skills and interests.
- We aim to empower all our engineers to get them involved in making the product as good as it can be.
- We are looking for strong full-stack engineers and app developers with 8+ years of experience, preferably with object oriented languages like C#/Java.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Join our Resware engineering team as a Feature Lead Software Engineer, where you'll drive the development of new features and modernize our suite of applications. With a focus on autonomy and innovation, you'll lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge ideas to life, enhancing our products for tens of thousands of users. Projects include building modern REST APIs, integrating LLMs, and transitioning WinForms applications to WPF for superior user experiences.
You've been in the industry for a while and have a proven track record of getting it done. You are comfortable taking full responsibility for complex, high-liability projects where the impact of the quality of your work matters. You've dealt with the consequences of your mistakes, and know how to fight fires as necessary. You've thrived in many different environments and realize that each team is unique.

Colorado Applicants: This role has a base annual salary of $160,000-$180,000plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
