As a cloud-based system, we support face-to-face customer ordering, online ordering, delivery, kitchen management, marketing, security, and all the necessary tools to effectively manage a restaurant business. Our features include ease of operation, simple and efficient order entry, personalized 24/7 support, fully integrated online ordering, and remote management access.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the development, testing, and implementation of innovative software programs.
Design and maintain software databases, encompassing Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes, and User Interfaces.
Continuously test, maintain, and propose enhancements to software to ensure optimal performance.
Lead root cause analysis efforts to address system issues efficiently.
Collaborate with seasoned team members to review code, conduct unit testing, and resolve technical design challenges.
Propose and implement ideas for enhancing system performance and availability.
Craft technical specifications and plans while translating user requirements into comprehensive design documents.
Make informed technical decisions to address business challenges effectively.
Provide extensive support to internal stakeholders, resolving problems and compiling detailed documentation and reports.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in the industry to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
Seamlessly manage multiple tasks and transitions without compromising efficiency or composure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing customer-facing full-stack SAAS applications.
Proficiency C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, SQL Queries, Entity Framework and Stored Procedures.
Solid understanding of .NET8, MVC, SQL Server, and MAUI.
Working knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and Git.
Experience in API design, development and using Postman.
Strong grasp of data structures, design patterns, system design, and algorithms.
UX Design experience and knowledge in Blazor – an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in documentation practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently as required.
