- Edit daily video content for WTA's digital channels.
- Collaborates with Social and Editorial team members to execute critical projects and campaigns.
- Assists with strategic initiatives related to vertical video content, with a specific focus on TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Fosters day-to-day collaboration with internal departments such as Creative, PR, Editorial, Partnerships and external partners for key initiatives.
- Proactively works on briefs and storyboards to build out campaigns.
- Understands on-site production team's needs and specifications.
- Inputs music, graphics, and highlights into videos.
- Understands digital channels requirements and cuts down, resizes, and creates versions for each one.
- Works against a timeline to deliver all videos on time.
- Maintains WTA brand standards through overall tone and voice.
- Monitors digital video trends in sports and social media and brings a comprehensive knowledge to the WTA team.
- Undertakes other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, social media, video production or related field of study required.
- Experience managing substantial accounts in the sports industry, preferably in live sports.
- 2-3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics required.
- Experience collaborating with teams across different time zones preferred.
- Experience w/ Adobe Creative Design Suites focusing on Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of tennis and sports
- Technically proficient at all aspects of editing with an ability to troubleshoot.
- Has strong creative solution skills and can work self-directed independently, but also has excellent interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively with a team.
- In-depth knowledge of platform/industry/creative trends
- Strong understanding of platform parameters
- An excellent communicator who gets along well with others and appreciates feedback.
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in sports.
- Transitions quickly between projects.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Summary: The Producer/Video editor will help lead the creative planning and execution of video content for all WTA's digital channels including social and website. This role requires strong storytelling, following trends across key social channels, and generation of compelling content to help ensure growth of our channels and high levels of audience engagement. Individuals should be team-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and be adaptable to a fast-paced, global working environment.
