    Interwell Health is looking for an experienced Senior Content Strategy Manager to join our growing marketing team. The Senior Content Strategy Manager reports to the Vice President of Corporate Communications and serves as editor-in-chief for a wide range of content across provider, payer, and patient audiences. This person is responsible for creating unique brand stories through in-depth blogs, case studies, white papers, op-eds, videos, podcasts, and other content in a variety of formats that can be best leveraged by the marketing and growth teams. This person is also responsible for the editorial control of the company's organic social media and works closely with marketing around paid content marketing campaigns.

    The Senior Content Strategy Manager offers a unique opportunity to guide content across the organization during a period of growth and transformation. This individual will serve as a senior member of the communications team and is expected to partner with the VP of Corporate Communications on additional projects including earned media, contributed content, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and detailed metrics reports.

    The work you will do:

  • Lead the development, writing, and execution of end-to-end content strategy across multi-channels including blogs, social media, podcasts, and video.
  • Manage team of (freelance) writers, agencies, and content creators.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize content across all owned channels.
  • Ability to take a strategic approach to storytelling, tying together big ideas/concepts in ways that engage customers and are novel and innovative.
  • Gather key business and audience insights and create a long-term vision for content needs.
  • Help grow a culture of content strategy awareness and engagement across the company including social media.
  • Partner with other disciplines, building relationships and trust within the organization.
  • Create and/or maintain editorial calendars, content playbooks, voice/tone guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content guidelines and management, and content migration plans
  • Develop repeatable processes that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.
  • The skills and qualifications you need:

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Exceptional writer and/or editor in short and long-form content with background in communications, journalism, or content marketing.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and the company's mission, as well as a working understanding of healthcare, payer markets, value-based care, and kidney disease.
  • Familiarity with producing videos, podcasts, infographics, case studies, and other potential storytelling vehicles.
  • Creative and curious, ability to understand and explain complicated concepts quickly, generating original content ideas to meet company goals.
  • Experience in healthcare writing and communication for both B2B and B2C audiences preferable
