- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Microbiology, Biology, Medical Technology, Epidemiology, or Master of Public Health (MPH)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Certifications: RN licensure in North Carolina, Medical Technology certification
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to stay updated on infection prevention practices
