Lincolnwood ELECTRA M&E Deutschland GmbH has been present in the German market since 2020 as a subsidiary of the globally operating ELECTRA M&E group based in Israel.

We are currently seeking a motivated *individual as a Construction Manager *(m/f/d) *for Technical Building Equipment* for our *location in Braak, *in the east of Hamburg*.


Your responsibilities:

  • Managing activities on construction sites in northern Germany
  • Work preparation and site management
  • Personnel management (own and possibly external staff)
  • Contract-oriented, economic action
  • Quality, performance and deadline controls
  • Keeping construction diaries and correspondence
  • Preparation of additional contracts
  • Preparation of measurements and billing documents
  • Support during commissioning

Your profile:

  • You are a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of TGA or have completed vocational training in TGA with professional experience as a senior fitter or construction manager (m/f/d)
  • You have strong communication skills and leadership experience
  • Personal commitment and dedication are your strengths
  • You are willing to travel to different construction sites within Germany
  • You have a valid driver's license (class B or 3)
  • Enjoying working with people completes your profile
