The position:


As the Associate Director of Product in Steubenville, OH, you will be responsible for leading the long-term vision and development of new products and features for the Referral program used by the entire HelloFresh Group.

This role is crucial in driving our growth by attracting new customers and generating additional revenue through referrals.

You will act as the product owner, overseeing this important aspect of our business and working closely with the Engineering Manager to translate the vision into a data-driven roadmap and fast-paced execution.

This role is a key part of the Hybrid Referrals team, collaborating with commercial and analytics teams to achieve shared goals and a common roadmap.

You will also work closely with senior commercial leadership to gather and share insights on the impact of Referrals on HelloFresh Group's overall results.

This strategic role will have a significant impact across all 18 HelloFresh markets.


Your responsibilities:


  • Develop a longterm vision for our Referral program platform and customer touchpoints, aligned with the overall group strategy
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers, business model, and how our Referral program drives customer engagement and subscriptions
  • Create datadriven product solutions to achieve ambitious business objectives
  • Lead and implement A/B testing strategies across all HelloFresh Group brands
  • Establish processes to work with an agile team and drive continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in building successful growth products at scale
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work with senior commercial stakeholders
