Your Profile

  • Completed degree in process engineering, paper technology, chemical engineering, engineering sciences or similar, preferably with a PhD or willingness to pursue a PhD
  • Ideally, experience in handling, acquiring and applying for national and international research and development projects
  • Interest in industrial issues and the use of digital technologies
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, management and coordination of publicly funded research projects and industrial projects in the fields of recyclability and waste paper processing
  • Establishment and maintenance of customer networks and partnerships, targeted committee work in an international environment
  • Supervision of project staff, laboratory assistants, interns and support staff
  • Establishment and further development of testing and analysis methods
  • Participation in the organization, planning and implementation of professional and continuing education events and research forums
  • Preparation of publications and presentations at national and international events
