The LEND Training Director oversees the day-to-day coordination of the Maine LEND didactic curriculum and clinical training.

Reporting to the Program Director, they are responsible for coordinating trainee recruitment, orientation, faculty coordination, faculty educational support, rotation placement, travel arrangements, resolution of challenges, and other issues related to LEND trainees.

Additionally, they teach content in the didactic sessions and provide supervision and mentorship to trainees.

Responsibilities

  • Teaches content in the didactic sessions and supervises and mentors trainees.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of the Maine LEND Program, Family or Social Work Discipline,
  • Extensive experience with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities
