Bombergers Store - Immediate Power Equipment Administrative Assistant Needed

Bombergers Store is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Power Equipment team.

As an Administrative Assistant at Bombergers, you will have the opportunity to work in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment, learning valuable skills along the way.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties (answer phones, assist customers on the floor and back dock)
Manage and organize paperwork and documentscreate work orders for shop equipment
Accept payment for completed equipment repairs
Provide excellent customer support and service

Requirements:

Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous administrative experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Evening and Saturday Availabilitythree evenings per week and two Saturdays per month (approximately 1220 hours weekly)
