    Make a Difference Across Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Openings (Multiple Locations)

    Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding opportunity to support students in a dynamic school environment?

    We are seeking highly motivated SLPs to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the communication needs of students across various school districts in Pennsylvania

    Locations:

    • York
    • Chambersburg
    • Gettysburg
    • New Oxford
    • Hanover

    We offer both on-site and virtual positions

    About the Positions:

    These are full-time (35 hours/week) positions with start and end dates varying based on the specific school district's calendar (within the school year). We are seeking candidates with a strong preference for either on-site or virtual work.

    Responsibilities (both positions):

    • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a well-rounded support system for students.
    • Track student progress and make data-driven decisions regarding interventions.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

    Qualifications (all positions):

    • Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
    • Prior experience working with children in a school setting (preferred).
    • Strong clinical skills in speech and language assessment and intervention.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

    Virtual SLP Requirements (additional):

    • Residence in Pennsylvania is preferred. Out-of-state candidates will experience an additional 1-3 weeks of credentialing processing.

    Caseload:

    • We will work with you to match your experience and preferences with the appropriate caseload. Please note your caseload preferences in your application materials.
