We are looking for a Business Leader who can help us spread our vision and grow our brand awareness across different channels and audiences specifically for our recently launched Axon-R research product.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales support: Driving effective and costefficient sales through direct and reseller partners via our website and other scalable yet relevant channels
  • Creating and distributing highquality content that showcases our products, features, stories, and impact.
  • Guerilla marketing/earned media to drive authentic high value awareness of our brand, products and driving sales demand (owned and earned media, limited to no paid media)
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, using data and insights to optimize and improve results. Drive a very high NPS score for the Axon-R product offering.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as product, sales, engineering, and customer success, to ensure consistent and coherent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • BD: Identifying and handingoff new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and events that can enhance our brand reputation and reach.
  • Opportunistic business leads: Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the BCI, assistive technology, or healthcare sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and emphasis on action over analysis paralysis.
  • Hands on experience in small but fast growing startups, comfort with change, thrives in making and facilitating meaningful decisions and results directly and indirectly.
  • A burning curiosity with creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate and execute new ideas that resonate with our target audiences, and engage with customers where the most relevant and influential in their decision making process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and persuasively to technologists, scientists and clinical professionals as well as nontechnical people.
  • A passion for Cognixion's mission and vision, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities, and improve the quality of life for everyone.
  • A selfmotivated and resultsoriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to remain productive, driving important outcomes.
  • Be a genuinely good person to work with, trustworthy and reliable with your word.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Ownership for Axon-R
a. Specifically, the software/user-researcher facing stack

  • Sales Enablement
  • Liaison with Biopac and other resellers on sales
  • Presales coverage and support, training of prospective customers
  • Follow through and management of growing list of reseller reps
  • Reseller performance
a. Updating and reporting pipeline status
b. Unblocking reseller/Cognixion dependencies
c. Implementing automation where is makes sense for impact

  • Guerilla marketing

b. Earned media
