In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction management of various projects and will be responsible for assuring safety, quality, and budget goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Federal government projects and a thorough understanding of the contractual requirements associated with these projects.
Position OverviewThe Construction Manager - TS/SCI, CI Poly will be responsible for the management of construction projects.You will be responsible for the development and implementation of plans, policies, and procedures throughout the life cycle of the project, and you will ensure that all safety, quality, and budget goals are met.
You will provide consultation and direction to other construction teams and will ensure that all contract documents and requirements are adhered to.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee Federal government construction projects from inception to completionAnalyze and interpret contract requirements and ensure compliance throughout the life cycle of the projectDevelop and implement plans, policies, and procedures for the management of construction projectsEnsure safety, quality, and budget goals are metMonitor and review progress of the project and take corrective action as requiredPrepare proposals, contracts, CCRs, and UARsDevelop and manage relationships with stakeholders, team members, and contractorsQualificationsPossesses TS/SCI clearance and CI PolyBachelors Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field3+ years of direct experience in the Federal government construction projectsPMP, CCM, CQM-C, USACE certifications are a plusProven experience in preparing proposals, contracts, CCRs, and UARsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skillsBenefitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
