I am 26 years old and have been playing soccer until I developed a herniated disc a month ago. I was advised to join a gym (I joined Enjoy) and to strengthen my back in order to resume normal activities. Currently, I am not experiencing any pain, but I want to be able to continue playing soccer. I have the whole summer to prepare and my goal is to improve my overall physical condition and complement soccer with gym workouts.
