To strengthen our team at the Dresden or Leipzig locations, we are looking for a Customer Advisor (internal) (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your new role:

You act as an important link between our company and our customers, providing them with cross-sector support both by phone and in writing

For this purpose, you create offers and ensure thorough communication with insurers and customers

Your negotiation skills are required during discussions with insurers, and you also handle the examination of insurance policies and documents with care

In addition, you are responsible for carrying out contract changes and modifications of any kind to meet the needs of our customers

With your customer-oriented approach, you prepare annual meetings with joy and, if necessary, participate personally to actively shape the future of our partnerships

Lastly, careful claims processing is
