- Conduct quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure perpetual inventory accuracy, inspecting product details, condition, stock location, and other specifications.
- Make precise cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as necessary for planning and evaluation purposes.
- Report detailed information on potential inventory loss promptly to the relevant authorities for timely action.
- Rectify any product misplacements during cycle counts and document incidents for follow-up.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and input data into the WMS for accurate reporting.
- Handle various outbound product shipments like returns, donations, and recalls efficiently.
- Assist in resolving any receiving discrepancies identified by the Administration Department.
- Ensure warehouse shrinkage is minimized by working collaboratively with supervisors and operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Utilize warehouse computers and RF equipment effectively.
- Follow company policies and regulations, as well as state and federal laws.
- Support food safety policies and programs to meet legal and quality standards.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a physical assessment.
- Must possess intermediate math and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SUMMARY
Carries out timely and accurate cycle counts of inventory, makes correct inventory adjustments, and engages in inventory control activities to maintain accuracy at item and location levels. Performs all duties safely, accurately, and meets productivity targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with one year of warehouse experience or equivalent training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively in various settings.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in basic math operations.
REASONING ABILITY
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certification in material handling equipment or ability to obtain certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
