We are hiring an experienced, hard-working, Sr Production Supervisor to help get us to the next level of production.

Job Summary:


The Claybourne Industries organization is seeking an Inventory Specialist or Inventory Control Specialist to oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of an organization's products and supplies.

The main duties of this role include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.


_ Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interview potential vendors and select ones that best meet the needs of the organization.
  • Oversee inventory and order additional products and supplies when needed.
  • Evaluate the selection and shipping process and work to improve efficiency.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and update inventory as needed.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to maximize profit.
  • Accepting deliveries and entering orders in Cultivera & Metrc.
  • Keeping up to date on new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends.
  • Accurately use and maintain the Product Menu
  • Assist with labeling, and any other side task needed.

potential pay rate increases
after 90 days:

- eligible for health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) within 60 days after start date.

_Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong logĂ­stical, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace or related software a must
  • Familiarity with Cultivera and Metrc or related inventory software is desired. (PLEASE HIGHLIGHT ON RESUME)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Experience in the Cannabis industry a plus.
  • Collaboration with other Leaders in the organization including Directors and VPs.

_Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field preferred or
  • At least three years of related experience required.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
