Central Practice Instructor (Full/Part-Time) at Liberty Center, OH

We are currently seeking a new addition to our team of practice instructors in full or part-time.

As a central practice instructor, you will be solely responsible for providing guidance and support to apprentices, employees, and recognition interns.

Your responsibilities with us:

Ensuring expert guidance for students, apprentices, continuing education participants, and interns in nursing
Competent training of new employees
Monitoring and documenting the progress of those being trained
Maintaining regular contact with our nursing school and close coordination with the nursing management
Participation in practical exams and final exams

What you should bring:

Completed training as a health and nursing professional
Completed degree in nursing education or similar, or the intention to pursue a degree
Further training as a practice instructor
At least 2 years of solid professional experience in the healthcare field
Social competence and communication skills, especially when working with young people
