We are looking for a dedicated Director Supply Chain Financial Operations like you to be a part of our team.


Job Summary and Qualifications:


The Director Financial Operations supports the VP-Regional Distribution Center in managing a regional distribution center with an operating budget totaling approximately $30 million and inventories valued in excess of $150 million.

This individual is responsible for building strategic relationships and ongoing alliances with warehouse operations/value analysis leadership and key hospital/division(s) C-suite leaders to ensure objectives meet organizational needs and expectations.


What you will do in this role:

  • Guarantee accurate and timely preparation, processing, distribution, and retention of all financial reports and records related to the regional distribution center.
  • Monitor inventories valued in excess of $150 million and ensures reconciliation between balance sheet and inventory system records.
  • Responsible for investigating any variances and approving adjustments.
  • Provides financial insight and input to regional distribution center activities.
  • Interacts with division financial resources to collect supply chain financial and performance data and ensure accuracy of data reported by facilities.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management, division financial personnel, and facility personnel in the creation of hospital cost allocation budgets.
  • Prepare cost analysis, review expenses, and reconcile P&L accounts to ensure proper reporting of operations
  • Monitor key operating statistics on a consistent basis.
  • Maintains and ensures full compliance with all applicable Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) key internal controls

What Qualification you will need:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Required
  • 710 years' experience in financial reporting, financial operations, and/or supply chain financial management Required


  • CPA License

  • Preferred
