As a member of the cashier management team, you will be responsible for daily supervision and motivation of the cashiering and customer service staff.

You, a Cashier Assistant Manager, will demonstrate and enforce the policies, procedures and philosophies of Kittery Trading Post. Cashier Assistant Managers directly report to the Divisional Managers of Retail. Requires regular exercise of independent judgment.

Supervises and trains employees, assists other managers and supervisors in fulfilling the objectives of the Cashier Department and the Company.

This role has direct supervision over the Cashiers, Customer Service and Senior Cashiers.
