As an Industrial IoT Support Engineer, you will have a diverse and exciting role in the Industrie 4.0 environment.

Your responsibilities will include providing support to our customers, documenting and analyzing system errors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our products, and assisting customers with the installation and operation of our hardware and software.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Windows and Linux operating systems, industrial PCs, virtual machines, and Docker containers in both on-premise and cloud environments, as well as Java, web technologies, and mobile devices such as tablets, smart glasses, and smartphones.

We are looking for someone with a background in Systemintegration or a similar field, with advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, IT security, and network communication and protocols.
