- Execute experiments to evaluate target dependency, off-target liabilities, phenotypic responses, and resistance mechanisms.
- Employ cell and molecular biology techniques to dissect mechanism of action, design and document experiments
- Generate and interpret data
- Bachelors or Masters in oncology, cellular biology, molecular biology, or related discipline with 1+ years of industry or relevant research experience.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing cell-based assays across various platforms (e.g., CTG, HTRF, AlphaLISA, FC, Jess-WB, NanoBret, Nanostring).
- Experience with molecular and cellular biology techniques, including Western Blot analysis, and familiarity with genome editing techniques (CRISPR or si/shRNA) for engineering cell line models
