Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute diverse and highquality dishes for catering events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large banquets.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, develop recipes, and ensure efficient event preparation.
• Manage food presentation to meet the company's standards for taste, appearance, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen during events, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure the seamless flow of food service.
• Adapt to lastminute changes and client preferences with grace and flexibility.
• Oversee and guide kitchen staff during events, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an offpremise Event Chef or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
