Your Responsibilities

  • You will successfully plan, coordinate and implement the processes for manufacturing product innovations at the Großheringen location
  • You ensure the timely and cost-effective realization of product innovations in production
  • You effortlessly manage multiple product launches at the location, using multi-project management techniques
  • You proactively inform all stakeholders and utilize modern reporting tools
  • You handle conflicts with ease and feel confident at the interface between production and innovation
  • You lead complex and interdisciplinary projects and workshops with high commitment
  • You set ambitious goals for yourself and the team and ensure their achievement
  • You enjoy applying and developing methods, standards and tools in practice

Your Profile

  • You have completed your studies in (industrial) engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or a comparable technical education with further training as a master or technician with excellent results
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in leading complex projects and workshops in a technical environment
  • Experience in product development (project management/product management and launch management) is an advantage
