As a member of the AutoScout24 Employee Technology team in Lakeland, NY, you will join a group of 15 support and system engineers responsible for managing network, devices, Identity & Access Management, collaboration & productivity tools, Unified Communications, and more.

Our team supports 1200 colleagues across 19 sites in Europe, with the goal of enhancing their productivity through a top-notch IT experience with a personal touch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for our helpdesk in our Munich office, providing support to colleagues both inhouse and remotely
  • Managing support tickets and requests through Slack and Jira
  • Preparing and testing notebooks and accessories, such as headsets
  • Communicating with manufacturers and dealers for warranty and guarantee cases
  • Assisting with the technical onboarding of new employees
  • Providing technical support at internal events, both online and inperson

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for technology
  • Currently studying IT or a related field
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Technical skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Windows, Mac OS, and iOS
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, or Jira is a plus

Soft skills:

  • Fluency in English; German
