Job summary

The Senior Payroll Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting accurate and timely payroll operations for a complex organization.

This position partners closely with the Lead Payroll Administrator and serves as a trusted resource for day-to-day payroll processing, reporting, and employee support.


  • Process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Enter, validate, and maintain payroll data such as commissions, bonuses, incentives
  • Audit timesheets and payroll transactions to ensure compliance with company policies
