Job summary
We're looking for a highly organized detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support our growing painting company.You'll work closely with ownership and operations to manage backend systems customer communication contractor documentation—while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage jobs in JobTread project setup documents statuses
- Prepare and submit subcontractor packets vendor paperwork pre-qualification forms
- Maintain certificates of insurance COIs compliance documents
