On-Site Property Managers to join our team in Bakersfield, California.


Manager will LIVE in property.

Full Rent Credit Position.

MUST BE 21 AND OLDER.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Collect rent
  • Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.

Required Skills:


  • Know indepth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
  • Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
  • Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type:


  • Parttime

Salary:

- $16.00 per hour
