Description

The Specialist, Accounts Payable, will be responsible for exception processing related to purchase order invoices and non-purchase order invoices for all ASSA ABLOY HHI business activities.

The Specialist works directly with vendors, business unit personnel and team to resolve invoice processing issues and inquiries.

The role will require providing a superior level of quality customer service and a high sense of urgency to ensure timely payment of invoices.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with invoices, payments, credits, and billing statements.
  • Reviews, research, and resolves internal and external inquiries regarding account status and payment allocations.
  • Assist with GR/IR Review, research, and resolution.
  • Make independent decisions and owns completion of activities for assigned vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
years Accounts Payable experience preferred.

  • SAP processing experience is a plus.
  • QAD processing experience a plus.
  • OnBase processing experience is a plus.
  • Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Work Environment:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.


Pay Range:
$40,162-$58,905.

This "base salary range" is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting.

Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
