    Overview:
    Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Production Print Sales


    The Director, Production Print Sales is responsible for working with a team of sales professionals and helping them to achieve their individual & team goals (color and network) throughout the division.

    This position requires constant interface with internal and external customers in order to lead a successful operation, including sales staff, sales management, pre & post sales professionals, marketing executives, as well as suppliers and vendors.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops and guides a team of 10 sales & pre-sales professionals to efficiently leverage the value of every communication for maximum customer satisfaction.

    Hire, coach, mentor, and train all team members.
    Develop and grow sales and/or production print technical sales support process.
    Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in network production print products, solutions and printing technology.
    Assists other region personnel with questions related to production print solutions, hardware, and software.
    Work with Sr. Director and Vice President to ensure successful product launches.
    Assist in strategic account development.
    Support recruiting effort in assigned area of responsibility.

    Qualifications:
    5-10 years of experience in production print.
    2+ years of team management experience including recruiting, mentoring, and coaching
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    Demonstrated success in production print sales.
    Outstanding oral & written communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
