About us:
You will take on a versatile role that encompasses two main areas.
Administrative and organizational support for the executive board:
Responsibility for office organization of the executive board, including scheduling, correspondence, business trips, guest management, and event preparation.
Maintaining contact databases and creating materials for internal and external meetings.
Content support for the executive and committee matters, as well as company development:
Developing project concepts and assignments in coordination with company development.
Coordinating and aligning content for projects, as well as supporting strategy and project steering committees.
Creating and aligning decision proposals, presentations, and minutes for executive and committee meetings.
Ensuring compliance with shareholder requirements and timely support for external committees.
This role requires a high level of organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to effectively operate in two different areas of responsibility.
