Hello How are you? I'm Carol, nice to meet you I am looking for someone to come for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening to help my father who has frontotemporal dementia in Bell Canyon, CA.- Patient's age: 70-80 years old

- What care or services are needed? Assistance with personal care or hygiene
- Frequency of service: Daily
- Approximate start date: March 26, April 30, 2024
- Service hours: Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM), late afternoon (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Service days: Every day of the week
