The Clinic Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the daily activities of a clinic run smoothly, including monitoring and correcting processes that allow the clinic and our company to run efficiently.


What You'll Do

  • Provide daytoday leadership and management that mirrors the company's adopted mission and core values
  • Collaborate with leadership on the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
  • Motivate and lead a highperformance operations team
  • Act as lead "clientcare officer" through direct contact with every client and stakeholder
  • Ensure proper training for team members
  • Verify adherence to the timely documentation process
  • Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies
  • Work alongside management to ensure company finances are in order, including approval of all department expenses and budgets
  • Oversee and manage the safety of employees and clients
  • Conduct tours of the facility as needed
  • Stay in communication with referral sources and families
  • Collaborate with leadership on compliance and quality assurance projects
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Work with the clinical team to facilitate crisis intervention
  • Ensure adherence to medication policy and procedure
  • Work to reduce and minimize missed client services

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Behavioral health experience: 5 years (preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime when needed

Expertise Needed

  • Knowledge of accounting and finance
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation
  • Strong planning skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate with various departments
