Job Summary
The Partner Order Processing Rep is responsible for providing a uniquely positive Customer Experience for our Dealer Partners. This is accomplished through our C.A.R.E.

Values and by:

accurately and efficiently entering Dealer Partner orders into our order processing system, checking those entries for accuracy, and alerting the Partner Response Specialist and/or Partner Relationship Specialist if information for entry is not complete or clear.


Responsibilities

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Coordinates with Partner Response Specialists to compile and prioritize customer orders for entry.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Partner Response Specialist for resolution.
  • Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Review customer accounts for duplication and update them accordingly.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Valid stateissued motor vehicle license
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Ability to effectively prioritize entry based on customer need
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communications Skills

Working Relationship


Works as an integral member of the Customer Care Team, advocating for the customer and working collaboratively with other teams within the company to deliver our industry leading product coupled with world class customer experience.


PPE
Safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes at all times while on the production floor.
