Shyda's Services Inc. has been serving the trap, skeet, and sporting clays industry for over 30 years.

Primarily, Shyda's Services is the manufacturer of Lincoln Traps, but also serves the industry by repairing trap machines and selling targets.

The flagship Lincoln Infinity Series has developed a reputation for quality which is rooted in decades of delivering the best possible product.

Location:

This is an on site position in Lebanon, PA.


Compensation:
Compensation is dependent on experience and participation in optional benefits. Estimated compensation is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.


Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders with vendors based on projected production demands.
• Explore best price/quality options by requesting quotes from new and existing vendors.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure inventory of subassemblies remains sufficient.
• Inspect incoming inventory for quality.

Customer Service

• Answer customer questions regarding products offered.
• Help customers troubleshoot their product.

Sales

• Help customers choose products that meet their needs.
• Maintain correspondence with the customer throughout the purchase process.
• Create quotes, sales orders, and invoices.

Shipping / Freight

• Process US Mail and UPS shipments.
• Coordinate LTL and FTL freight.

Schedule Production

• Update Build Sheet based on customerdriven commitments and production capacity

Assembly of Trap Machines

• Develop an understanding of how Lincoln Traps are assembled.
• Develop the ability to guide assembly technicians.

Repair and Service Traps

Participate in business development

• Identify time and cost saving measures.
• Use customer feedback to understand how we can offer the best product/service.

Qualifications:

• Must have physical ability to regularly move equipment and parts up to 75 pounds.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be comfortable answering phones.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Experience with trap, skeet, or sporting clays is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings is preferred.

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
