    The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on appellate cases. Prior federal court clerkship is required, and the candidate must possess exceptional legal research and writing skills.

    *Appellate Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
    • Conduct legal research on appellate issues and prepare legal memoranda.
    • Draft appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
    • Stay current with legal developments and appellate court rulings.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case preparation.
    • Mentor junior associates and provide legal guidance as needed.
    *Appellate Litigation Attorney Position Requirements
    • A JD from an accredited law school. Excellent academics a plus.
    • 4+ years of litigation experience, specifically in appellate matters.
