For our facility in Reinickendorf, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Conducting educational groups and individual activities in accordance with the concept
Maintaining and expanding the abilities, skills, and competencies of workshop employees
Improving and maintaining physical and mental health
Sensory and perception promotion
Fine and gross motor skills development
Improving concentration and endurance
Cognitive training
Advising and supporting group leaders (employment opportunities, aids)
Performing nursing measures
Active participation in team meetings
Cooperation with the social environment (legal guardians, parents, residential facilities) in collaboration with the site management and social workers/psychologists
Participation in the creation of development reports
Creating and updating individual development plans and documentation in accordance with the quality management system

Your qualifications:

Completed training as an Occupational Therapist or comparable qualification (m/f/d)
Willingness to perform nursing tasks
Experience in caring for people with disabilities
A professional understanding that is based on the participation and selfdetermination of adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. You perceive individuals individually and treat our participants with respect and on an equal footing
You work responsibly, dedicated, structured, and have strong professional and social skills, as well as knowledge of Word and Excel
You are committed to implementing our quality assurance standards
