Responsibilities:

  • Independent planning and consulting in technical building equipment in the field of building automation
  • Developing the basics, technical clarification of the task, advising on alternatives
  • Creating drawings of designs, presenting solution concepts
  • Preparing detailed execution documents, tendering of trades to be provided and advising on the awarding process
  • Independent coordination of the trade and communication with internal and external project participants

Qualifications:

  • Education/studies at a technical university, technical college or state technical school
  • Experience in planning and project work
  • Good CAD skills
