As a software developer (m/f/d), you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our servers and software at New Hope.

Our software enables brokers to work more efficiently, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize the sales process. With your experience, you contribute to driving our development and operational processes forward.

Your responsibilities

Optimize the server infrastructure for secure operation of our CRM software, onOffice enterprise
Implement software, including monitoring, performance measurement, and detailed analysis
Integrate processes into deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for efficient software management
Utilize container-based solutions for improved scalability and efficiency
Create tools and applications in Bash and PHP, supported by code reviews for high code quality

Your profile

Completed training as an IT specialist, degree in computer science, or career changer in the IT field
Advanced knowledge of Linux and web technologies
Experience in software development, ideally with a focus on DevOps
Familiarity with cloud platforms, relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL), Git, and test automation (PHPUnit)
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
