- Putting together and delivery of setup supplies for new clients.
- Coordinating special requests from Sale reps.
- Ordering department and branch supplies from PeopleSoft and Staples.
- Ordering uniforms, organizing and distributing uniforms.
- Doing Stat pickups, cover stat route as needed.
- Covering other routes as needed (including weekend routes)
- Training new reps
- Doing orientation as needed for new employees.
- Preparing Holiday routes
- Answering/Responding to questions from clients
- Dealing with route issues and client issues and know when to pass onto Supervisor when needed.
- Ensuring emergency supply requests are delivered (follow-up when needed)
- Submitting route changes to SEL when needed
- Using RIC and Road net to assist supervisor or anyone else when questions about routes and pickups arise.
- Keeping supervisor informed of all route issues, client issues, or sales rep.
- Working with and training OCC contractors as needed.
- Being on call to answer courier, dispatch, or OCC questions.
- Coordinate being on call with supervisor as needed.
- Printing and keeping current route sheets /Frozen labels available for reps.
- Ensuring all service reps metrics are met according to department standards.
- Dealing with rep phone problems when needed.
- Aiding and helping out the supervisor on the time of calendar for the department.
- Be able to set up new associates on the IDMNETWORK ACCESSMENT (e-mails,
- Dealing with vendors and delivery people throughout the day. Opening doors, escorting, directing Packages to proper location inside building, signing off on deliveries.
- Performing ride along with reps once a month to ensure SOP'S are being followed
- Sorting supplies that come in from the warehouse into designated area for each route to deliver that day.
- Preparing reports, studies, or scanning audits as needed when requested by supervisor or manager; or assisting supervisor with such.
- Fleet, handling all the paperwork, registrations, emissions, vehicle maintenance, monthly mileage papers, vehicle shuffling between branch and maintenance, gas card related issues.

LabCorp seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team. In this
position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.
The Work Schedule will vary based off need/routes traveled. Starting as early as 10:30am and can end no later than 10:00pm

b: route procedures
c: department and company policies.
OPTIONAL: Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. In addition, for only $100 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use. If you choose to use the company vehicle for personal use all gas, tolls and maintenance are covered by the company.
