Responsibilities:


  • Independently manage complex construction projects in both structural and turnkey construction in Grant, IA
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for the client
  • Coordinate and supervise all trades involved in the project
  • Plan and schedule construction activities and equipment usage in collaboration with the site supervisor
  • Assign and lead the construction team
  • Negotiate with clients and subcontractors, including managing change orders
  • Collaborate with project accountants to prepare monthly billing
  • Ensure safety and environmental regulations are followed on the construction site

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in construction management
  • Extensive experience in concrete construction and turnkey building projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction software (preferably RIB iTWO)
  • Openness to modern methods such as BIM and Lean
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to enforce decisions
  • Team player with a selfmotivated, dedicated, and responsible work ethic
