Client Care Liaison Responsibilities
- Responsible for initiating contact with new clients upon notification from the Intake Department
- Answer and triage telephone calls coming into the staffing department
- Monitor the EMR system and complete daily attendance verification
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute open case/client coverage report for the Client Service Staffers and Supervisors
- Communicate scheduling and/or service changes to clients, payors and caregivers as needed
Qualifications:
Client Care Liaison Qualifications**- Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable
- High School or GED required
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
Posted Salary Range:
USD $ USD $24.45 /Hr.
