    $21.55 per hour with Competitive Benefits Package

    About the Role:

    If you are seeking more than just a job, AWARE is looking for a dedicated individual to join their Information Technology Team as a Support Specialist. The team prides itself on fostering a culture of care, compassion, and continuous improvement.

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist staff with desktop computer setup and software configuration
    • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues
    • Manage the Help Desk and address technical problems
    • Ensure seamless integration of desktop computers with various systems
    • Provide training on hardware and software usage
    • Recommend and implement system upgrades
    • Procure hardware and software, maintain inventory
    • Perform computer-related tasks and troubleshoot malfunctions
    • Support fieldwork and office operations
    • Maintain a log of all activities

    Requirements:


    • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Minimum of three years of IT work experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Customer service-oriented approach
    • Valid Montana Driver's License
    • Clean driving record and background check
