Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Soliant is currently seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position in Pinos Altos, NM. This role is school-based, offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while enjoying the support of a dedicated team.

Requirements:

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting preferred
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Details:

Full time
Ages K - 12
Caseload: 15 students

State-Specific Requirements:

Compliance with New Mexico state licensure requirements for Behavior Technicians
