    JOB BRIEF:
    Liquid Lifestyles is currently seeking part-time, year-round swim instructors. Great opportunity for high school and college students interested in gaining experience in Education, Communication, Exercise Science, or Business Administration. Schedules are flexible by semester.

    Liquid Lifestyles is the most recognized and respected swim school in Cleveland. Our coaching staff is comprised of the very best swim educators in the business, each chosen for their unique combination of personality, experience, education and most importantly, their outstanding character We are expanding our team of coaches who demonstrate exceptional communication skills, are passionate about continuing education and enthusiastic about all things swimming. We provide extensive training, support and professional development so come ready to learn as well as teach.

    WHAT DOES A LIQUID LIFESTYLES SWIM COACH DO?


    A Liquid Lifestyle coach provides in-water instruction in both private lesson and small-group class formats for learn-to-swim children and adults.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide clients with leading-edge instruction using Liquid Lifestyles proven techniques.
    • Deliver personalized improvement plans and clearly defined performance expectations to clients.
    • Initiate, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Demonstrate motivational, energetic and professional delivery of instruction via verbal communication and demonstration.
    • Embody the Liquid Lifestyles values of excellence and professionalism.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Consistency, reliability and punctuality is mandatory.
    • Evenings (3-8PM) and Weekend Availability (Saturday and/or Sunday)
    • Swim experience is a plus.
