Inside Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities:

Telesales:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to create leads and introduce our products/services.
  • Engage potential customers in meaningful discussions to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
  • Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and boost sales conversions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

After-Sales Support:
  • Act as the main point of contact for current customers, offering exceptional post-sales support.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Proactively gather feedback from customers, address any issues, and build lasting relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and enhance processes.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, and reports.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing preferred.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
