Inside Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities:
Telesales:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to create leads and introduce our products/services.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful discussions to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
- Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to optimize sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and boost sales conversions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
After-Sales Support:
- Act as the main point of contact for current customers, offering exceptional post-sales support.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Proactively gather feedback from customers, address any issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and enhance processes.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing preferred.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
