We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Hamburg.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Processing of customer processes in the CRM system
  • Telephone consultation with potential customers about our services and products
  • Creation, preparation, and sending of documents (e.g. customer offers)
  • Written correspondence with potential customers and cooperation partners
  • Clarification of inquiries from our customers and cooperation partners
  • Administrative tasks in Microsoft Word, Excel, and our customer data software (CRM)

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • You have gained initial experience in customer service whether in person or on the phone
  • You have a patient and communicative nature; your independent and solutionoriented way of working sets you apart
  • You have a strong ability to grasp new concepts and are open to learning new things
  • You have an interest in medical products (such as nursing aids) and home care and are eager to further educate yourself in this field
  • Previous experience with our target group would be desirable, perhaps you have a background in the healthcare or nursing sector and/or are already a nursing consultant
  • Above all, the satisfaction of our customers is your top priority
  • Excellent German
