Job Summary:
Leads a shift by managing and developing crew members to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for each shift.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead crew members on shifts, including assigning tasks, providing feedback and training
- Know and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
- Execute all security procedures
- Hold the customer as the most important priority at all times
- Make customers really happy; resolve customer complaints/issues
- Empowers crew members to make sure all customers leave happy
- Communicate customer feedback to management
- Educate customers on products offered
- Complete all required training
- Adhere to all uniform and grooming standards
- Take accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions
- Execute new product rollouts including selling to customers and product execution
- Utilize cash control procedures
- Assist in training of new crew members
- Lead crew members to open, transition and close shifts
- Manage and organize the line and delegate duties to crew members
- Work the line as needed
- Uphold standards for product quality
REQUIREMENTS:
